From May 16th to 18th, the 19th "China Optics Valley" International Optoelectronics Expo and Forum was grandly held in Optics Valley Science and Technology Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition focuses on the innovation and development of F5G optical communication, laser technology, precision optics and other industrial chains, attracting the attention of many enterprises in the industry.

 

Dogain  brought a full range of products such as high-power chips, fiber-coupled modules, VCSELs, array lasers, and 980nm single-mode pump modules to the exhibition, among which "communication-grade high-power single-mode 980nm semiconductor laser pumping module products" was unveiled for the first time at the exhibition. During the exhibition, the booth was crowded and popular! Many industry customers and experts visited the booth for in-depth discussion and exchanges, which were widely concerned and recognized by the guests.

 

 

Overview of the exhibits

1.High power chip

The high-power chips exhibited this time mainly include two series of high-power single-tube series and high-power bar series, the chip wavelength range covers 700nm~1100nm, especially the single-tube chip refreshes the highest output power again, reaching 70W. The products have high output power, high electro-optical conversion efficiency and high reliability, and can be widely used in fiber laser pumping sources, solid-state laser pumping, laser medicine, scientific research and other fields.

 

 

2.980nm single-mode semiconductor laser chip and pump module

The 980nm single-mode semiconductor laser chip and pump module exhibited this time are the first "unveiled" at the exhibition, as the core and heart of erbium-doped fiber amplifier EDFA, and are the key components to realize all-optical networks. Through core technology research, Du Qian broke through the key technical bottleneck that limits high-power single-mode semiconductor laser chips and modules, realized the high-power stable output of single-base transverse mode, and successfully realized the spectral stable lock wave of wide temperature range and full current and large dynamic range. It has extremely important applications in CATV, lidar, optical communications, fiber optic gyroscopes, ultrafast laser seeding and other fields.

 

 

3.VCSEL chips and modules

VCSEL chips and VCSEL modules are mainly used in 3D sensing, consumer electronics and automotive radar and other fields, and the VCSEL products developed have high conversion efficiency, high reliability and good temperature stability. In particular, the unique optimization design is carried out in the direction of spot homogenization, high temperature light decay resistance and DC resistance of the product. VCSEL chip products now cover 660, 680, 808, 850, 905MJ, 940MJ, product forms include: array, structured light, addressable, zigzag and other series; VCSEL module products include: TO, copper tube, line line, collimation, TOF, SMD and other series.

 

 

4.Fiber coupling module

Dogain has launched a complete range of high-performance, high-reliability fiber-coupled modules, covering 792nm-981nm and output power range of 10W-1500W, which meet the diversified needs of industrial processing, scientific research, lidar, laser medical and other fields; Highly reliable and efficient lock module and lightweight high-power-to-weight ratio products are particularly concerned, and the high damage resistance threshold technology of the chip solves the problem of COMD failure of VBG lock modules such as 878.6nm, 888nm, 976nm, 981nm and other VBG lock modules for long-term work, making the product life longer, the lightweight module power-to-weight ratio of 3.3W/g, and the electro-optical efficiency of more than 55%.

 

 

5.Array lasers
