Position Information
Responsible for company level QA Director is directly responsible and in charge of the following departments:
1) Responsible for company-level quality system and document control management/understanding of various ISO.
2) company-level SQE supplier quality management / IQC, and
3) company-level instrument calibration / workshop clean room temperature and humidity / ESD control.
4) There is also the establishment of a 6 sigma black belt team/quality awareness training/company quality culture team.
5) And then assist each business unit to improve quality. Each business unit has its own QA team, which reports to the VP of each business unit and the company level QA Director.
Qualifications.
1、 science or engineering related majors, unified bachelor's degree or above (electromechanical, electronics, microelectronics, semiconductor majors are preferred);
2、 with more than 5 years of quality and reliability experience in the semiconductor field, more than 10 years of quality department management experience;
3、Familiar with 9001/16949 quality standards, five quality tools;
4、 with strong statistical analysis of data;
5、skilled use of office software;
6、 6 sigma green belt, black belt is preferred
7、 skilled communication and coordination skills.
